Every week we typically sing a few songs, share some prayer requests and pray, have a sermon, and share in communion together.

CALENDAR

GET YOUR ASH IN HERE
Ash Wednesday, February 18
4:30-6:30 PM
Hazelwood Bew House (
5007 Lytle St, Pittsburgh, PA 15207)
Stop by a local Hazelwood brewery around happy hour to receive the sign of ashes on your forehead—an ancient reminder that none of us has it all together, and none of us has to face life alone. Come as you are, grab a drink if you’d like, and spend a little time with friends, neighbors, and a community that believes grace is meant to be shared.

💔 PRAYER VIGIL AT ICE OFFICE
Hot Metal is Hosting February 20
Every Friday: 8:30-9:30 AM
ICE Pittsburgh (
3000 Sidney St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203)
If you’ve ever wondered what to do when the news feels overwhelming, this is one place to start. Every Friday, we choose to be present in a place where fear and uncertainty are very real. We gather outside the ICE office on the South Side with Casa San José and other faith communities to sing, to pray, and to remind all of Pittsburgh that our faith demands dignity for all people.

(
131 E Elizabeth St, Pittsburgh, PA 15207)A thoughtful spiritual memoir for the doubter and the dreamer, the seeker and the sojourner, those who long for a sense of spiritual wholeness as well as those who have been hurt by the Church but can’t seem to let go of the story of Jesus. Through theological reflection and personal recollection, Rachel Held Evans wrestles with God’s grace and love, looks unsparingly at what the Church is and does, and explores universal human questions about becoming and belonging. An unforgettable, moving, and intimate book. Buy Book or Request From Library.
